She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude V. North and Goldie E. North (Hall); her husband Ray W. "Swede" Koberstein; and her brother Royce. She is survived by: her sons, Barry (Carol) of Bakersfield, Danny, Roger of Holyoke, Ron (Claudia) of Holyoke and Dan (Julie) of Holyoke; and her sister Linda McDonald (Allen) of Oro Valley. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
