He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude James and Ila May Stewart (Ham); his daughter Carla Jean; and his siblings, Elma June Stewart, Charlie Stewart, Austin Stewart, James Stewart, Donald Stewart, Gene Stewart and Irvin Ray Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Stewart; and his sons, Rocky Stewart (Jackie), Ron Stewart (Teresa) and Rodney Stewart (Barbara). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
