He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Wagner and Kathryn Wagner (Boden); and his siblings, Kenneth Wagner, Robert Wagner and Cathy Sue Wagner-Renner.
He is survived by: his sister Joyce DeBuysere (Mike) of Marion, Texas; his niece April; and his nephew Scott.
