He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry W. "Hank" and Edna Mae Neugebauer; his siblings, Gale Neugebauer, Gilbert Neugebauer, Kenny Neugebauer and Linda Parker; and his niece Tori Vazquez.
He is survived by: his wife Desiree; his sons, Travis Neugebauer (Teri) and Justin Neugebauer; his grandsons, Braxton Jay of Holly and Walker Holden Neugebauer of Holly; his mother-in-law Edith Akers of Lamar; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Akers of Lamar, Wilma Jean Neugebauer of Bristol and Steve Parker of Beaver, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
