He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy O. Williams and Thelma L. Williams (Hager); and his brothers, Terry and Ferris. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Berry (Mike Harkness) of Scott City, Kammie Cathcart (Claude) of Holly, Colorado and Tara Neugebauer of Holly, Colorado; his grandchildren, Ashley Pecina, Christopher Campbell, Kallie Cathcart, Jace Cathcart (Lonnie), Tack Neugebauer, Taylor Neugebauer, Madysyn Neugebauer and Makynna Neugebauer; and his great grandchildren, Autumn Veal, DraeVynn Pecina, Daunte Maldonado, Dominique Maldonado, Tristen, Rustynn and Tate Cathcart.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holly, Cemetery.
