He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dorenkamp and Amelia Dorenkamp (Boerner); his son Joseph Dorenkamp; his grandson Wyatt Dorenkamp; and his siblings, Bernard Dorenkamp, Donald Dorenkamp, Norman Dorenkamp, Josephine Parker and Cecilia Sherwood.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Dorenkamp; his children, Jeff Dorenkamp (Jackie), Sheryl Vagher (David), John Dorenkamp (Janell), Gerald "Jerry" Dorenkamp (Nancy Jane), Benjamin Dorenkamp, Casey Dorenkamp (Jo) and Scott Dorenkamp (Nicole); his daughter-in-law Debra Dorenkamp; and his sister Agnes Harper. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
