He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wagner and Virginia Wagner of Holly, Colorado.; his brother Daniel; his brother-in-law Gilbert Beranek; his great-niece Taylor Jara; and his mother-in-law Naomi J. Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rice of Holly; his siblings, Laurel Beranek of Lindon, Colin Wagner (Bobbie) of Craig, Gayle Lirley of Lamar, Muriel Reitz (Ron) of Holly and Mitch Wagner of Lamar, Colorado; his sister-in-law Connie Wagner of Maybell, Colorado; his uncle Vernon Wagner (Diana) of Great Bend, Kansas; his father-in-law JD Rice of Holly, Colorado; and also, Bob Rice (Jeannette) of Longview, Mike Rice (Janice) of Cochise, Bill Rice of Maywood, Jeanie Valdez (Leonard) of Ulysses and Debbie Miller (Mike) of Holly, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
