She was predeceased by: her parents, William Asnicar and Bertha Asnicar; her husband William Chapman; her great grandchild Weslie Daughenbaugh; and her sister Delores Fountain.

She is survived by: her children, Jack Chapman, Robert Chapman, Don Chapman (Christy) and Jill Drake (Michael); her grandchildren, Brad Chapman, Ky Chapman, Colt Chapman, Gage Chapman, Madison Crego (Justin), Willow Daughenbaugh (Tyler), Joseph Chapman, Charlotte Chapman, Brynn Drake, Hayden Drake and Jase Drake; her great grandchild Reagan Daughenbaugh; and her siblings, Dorothy Asnicar and William Asnicar, Jr..
