He was predeceased by: his wife Leora Woodworth; his brother Gene Woodworth; and his parents, Chester Woodworth and Linnea Woodworth. He is survived by: his children, Tina Wells (Guy), Dana Spellman (Ron), Mike Woodworth (Terri) and Mark Woodworth (Michelle); and his nephews, Steve, Don and Jim Woodworth. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
