It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Jo Owen (Highlands Ranch, Colorado), born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 20, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Bob Porter; and her grandparents, Harry and Golda Martin. She is survived by: her mother Laura Porter; her husband Jerry; her siblings, Bob Porter (Marie) and Robin Milton (James); her children, Drew Welch (Kristin) and Erin Shoener; her grandchildren, Tyler, Conner, Kayla, Colby Welch, Luke and Ella Shoener; and her former husband Bill Welch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and an abundance of friends.
Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life for Nancy will be held later in the year when restrictions are lifted.
