We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2023, at the age of 97, Delia Buncio Goggins of Highlands Ranch, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Wesley Goggins; her daughter Gwyn Williams; her son-in-law Eric Scheel; and her grandchildren, Taylor Freitas, Courtney Freitas, Lauren Todd and Jackson Todd.
She served as the Chief Nurse at the Manila Children's Hospital, Nursing Supervisor at Margaret Hague Maternity Hospital, Assistant Director of Nursing at UCLA Medical Center, and Director of Nursing at Kaiser Foundation Hospital.
