He was predeceased by: his grandmother Margaret Guzman; and his father-in-law Max Rivera. He is survived by: his wife Carmella; his daughters, Kayla and Anna; his parents, Marty Ybarra (Penny) and Berta Guzman (Matt Anderson); and his sister Teresa Walsh.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that honorable observances be expressed by way of donations to Pancreatic Cancer Awareness at PanCan.org and Lustgarten Foundation (Lustgarten.org) which is dedicated toward pancreatic cancer research.
