She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence L. Major and Betty J. Major; and her siblings, Larry L Major and Laura J Major. She is survived by: her children, Casandra Joy and William L Berkowitz; her grandchildren, William M. Berkowitz, Aspen M. Dickerson, Nicholas J. Tipton, Tyler M. Berkowitz, Eric T. Tipton and Bryonna G. Berkowitz; and her siblings, Blenda J. Major (Raymond Bailey) and Terry Major (Joanne Major).
