He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Maxine Keister and Clarence J. Sanger; and his sister Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Joan Sanger; his sister Patricia (Hal); his children, Dia (Darryl), Una (Danielle), Lea (Marcus), Rachael, Sean (Malinda) and Marshal; his grandchildren, Austin (Jasmine), Jordan, Janeya, Ayden, Marshal Jr., Ava and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah and Aryanna Duran. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
