He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Laird (Larry) and Opal Laird (Ulsh) of Hayden, CO; his wife Lori Tyer; his daughters, Stephanie Potter (Rick) of Hayden and Danielle Laird of Hayden; his grandchildren, Taylor Powell (Ana), Ghauge and Aspen; his stepgrandsons, Joziah and Davyn; his sister Nancy Burton (Otho) of Denver, NC; his half-brothers, Tom Laird (Suzzette) of Bryan, TX and Ron Laird (Brenda) of Lincoln, NE; his sisters-in-law, Lorna Rae Dooley (Jim) of Concordia, KS and Lisa Chauffe (Ontario) of Sudbury; his siblings, Janet Oldham and Butch Dietrich; and his mother-in-law Carolyn Miller.
