He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl, Helen Medvesk, Eddy and Delfinia Salazar. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Salazar and Barbara Salazar (Medvesk) of Hayden; his children, Shaelynn Cox (Cody) of Craig, Garrett Salazar of Hayden and Lanette Laman of Willow Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Adley, Kasen, Russell, Raelynn and Jaxon; his brothers, Joey Salazar (Andrea) of Hayden and Levi Salazar (Sherri) of Aurora; his nephews, Ryan and Blaine Salazar; and his niece Jadyn Salazar. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Tobby's memory to an education fund for his grandchildren, who he loved with all of his heart, that has been set up at Yampa Valley Bank in Craig, c/o Shaelynn Cox.
