She is survived by: her husband Rick of Haxtun, CO; her stepdaughters, Jaiden of Omaha, NE and Lexi of Greeley, CO; her parents, Bill of Sidney, NE and Peggy of Sidney, NE; her siblings, Kellye Hazlitt of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Kim Bruns of Fort Collins, CO and Craig Maddox; her sister-in-law Shea of Sidney, NE; and also, Mexico, Jarrod Maddox of Casper, WY and Jeff Maddox of Sidney, NE. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
