He is survived by: his spouse Lou Anne Lundgren (Schott); his children, Brittany Renae and Austin Greg; his siblings, Cindy Wagner (Dennis) of Iliff, Damon of Haxtun and Lisa Whittaker (Stan) of Greeley; and his close friend Chloe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“I remember one time Deon was working in town someplace and Norene heard me cussing Gregs trap on his truck for sticking kinda, she popped me a good one because she thought I was badmouthing Greg. Not the trap door on his truck. My nose poured for a long time.”
