He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Salyards and Anna Salyards (Holmes); his daughter Debbi; and his siblings, Stanley, Everitt, Eldon, Kenneth and Maxine Daniels.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Salyards; his sons, David (Lona Salyards) and Doug Salyards; his son-in-law Steve Starkebaum; his grandchildren, Candie (Cole Fix), Dalton (Rylie Salyards), Dillon Salyards (Jessie Stewart), Seth (Stephanie Starkebaum), Katelyn (Jimmy McNevin), Flagstaff, Ariz, Erin Starkebaum (Abe Flug), Bellevue and Christina (Brandon Peterson); his great grandchildren, Haylie, Kortlyn, Jaxy, Cora, Banyan, Tanner and Brooke; his brother Melvin Salyards; and his brother-in-law John Buck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Jack Salyards Memorial, which will be added to the Debbi Starkebaum Memorial scholarship for Haxtun High School graduates.
