He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Ethel Holp (Bowser) and Wilbur C. Holp Sr.; and his sisters, Shirley Miller and Gloria Etter. He is survived by: his wife Loretta M. Holp (Wampler); his children, Debbie Spitler (Tom), Lisa Twardowski (George) and Jeff Holp; and his grandchildren, Tricia Teller (Spitler), Jeremy Spitler, Kimberly Troehler (Spitler), Zachary Twardowski, Jennifer Critchlow (Twardowski) and Jacob Rocke Holp. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
