With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack R. Padilla (Greenwood Village, Colorado), born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on February 14, 2019 at the age of 15. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rick and Jeanine; his brother John; his grandparents, Margaret V. Crissy and Michael J. Fitzgerald (Lana Portman Kelly); and his pet Izzy. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins.

Just as Jack made extraordinary saves in lacrosse to support his team, he saved many lives through organ donation.
