She is survived by: her significant other Xavier Rechignac; her children, Shawn Perez, Michael Perez (Melissa) and Christopher Perez (Ali); her pets, Harley-Quinn and Olive; and her siblings, Rodney Worrell (Lucy), Nancy Travis and Gary Worrell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
