He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Boyd Howe, Sr. and Henrietta Jane Hall Howe; his siblings, Kenneth "Boyd" Howe, Jr., Robert Hall Howe, John Shirley Howe and Barbara Jeanne Howe Fabian; and his granddaughter Lisa Rene Howe.
He is survived by: his significant other Norma "Joanne" Howe; and his sons, Craig Howe (Marilyn), Brett Howe (Cathy) and Blair Howe (Colette). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
Bill lived his life quietly, and allowed his example of kindness, compassion, and charity speak for him to all who came in contact with him.
