She was predeceased by: her father Leroy Clayton Thomas; her sister Mona Lee Truesdale (Thomas); and her son Jason Todd Shaffer. She is survived by: her mother Leora Ann Thomas; her brothers, Scott Clayton Thomas and Mark Allen Thomas; and her grandson Brandon Lee Shaffer.
