He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Solis Sr. and Margarita Garcia; and his children, Josie Huber, Joe Solis and Danny Solis.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson; his children, Tomas Solis III (Michelle), Margarita Solis, Albert Solis (Alex), Mary Larson (Leonard), Lori Cruz (John) and Raymond Solis (Michelle); his daughter-in-law Donna Solis; and his brother Rudy Solis. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
