He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Anne Friedman (Staut); and his brother-in-law Michael Murphy. He is survived by: his father Michael Friedman; his children, Angela Friedman, Michael Friedman, Monica Friedman, Joseph Friedman, Mary Friedman, Gabrielle Friedman, Sophia Friedman and Gianna Friedman; and his siblings, Jani Friedman, Juliet Murphy and Jodi Spagna.
