He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Anna Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his daughter Amanda Bush (Clayton Plummer); his siblings, Shirley Brown (Jim) and Albert Bush (Carol); and his brother-in-law Clyde Johnson (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
