She is survived by: her sons, Skylar Ray Worley, Sr. and Michael Aaron Worley; her sisters, Judy Rogers and Donna Jean Shaw; and her grandchildren, Jordan Worley, Clayton Worley and Skylar Ray Worley, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
