He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Gregory of Vancouver, WA and Steve Phillips of Oxford, AL.; and also, David of Vancouver, WA and Kim of Oxford, AL.. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
