He is survived by: his former wife Betty J. Tegtmeier; his daughters, Janelle Makowski and Jolene Shepherd (Joe); his grandchildren, Alex Makowski, Zach Shepherd of Alyssa Shepherd, MD, Josh Shepherd and Ethan Shepherd; and his brothers, Harry, Harold (Charlene) and Tom Sullivan (Pat).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul's name to Mountain View Evangelical Free Church, or One Hope Church, in Care of Lighthouse Family Mortuary, 2525 W. 16th St. #C, Greeley, CO 80634.
