He is survived by : his parents, Juan Manuel Hernandez of Greeley and Guadalupe Hernandez (Sanchez) of Oklahoma City; his grandparents, Dulces Nombres Hernandez, Manuela Hernandez and Fransico Sanchez; his siblings, Juan D. Hernandez (Evelin) of Evans and Madalin Hernandez of Evans; and his nieces, Isabella Hernandez and Abigail Hernandez.
