He was predeceased by: his father Paul Bates of Nebraska; his great-grandparents, Buck, Eloise Correll, Bill and Betty Dickinson; and his close friend Adam L. Luloff.
He is survived by: his mother Michele Dickinson West; his sister Lisanna Wilcox; his nephew Kohen Parrish of Sterling, CO; his stepsister Ashley Bello of Castle Rock, CO; his grandparents, Robert and Sharon Dickinson of Sterling, CO; his uncles, Chad Bates of Casper, WY, Craig Dickinson (Khrystie) of Sterling, CO and Mike Dickinson of Greeley, CO; and his friend Evan Capps.
