He is survived by: his wife Olga Jacoby; his children, Matt (Michelle), Mike and Michelle Jacoby; his grandchildren, Brittni Spears, Brady and Nick Jacoby; and his sisters, Judy Michalik, Ladonna Estock, Louella Melon and Cindy Stephens.
