He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Jacoby and Betty Jacoby. He is survived by: his wife Olga Jacoby; his children, Matt (Michelle), Mike and Michelle Jacoby; his grandchildren, Brittni Spears, Brady and Nick Jacoby; and his sisters, Judy Michalik, Ladonna Estock, Louella Melon and Cindy Stephens.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stoddard Funeral Home.
To honor his memory, the family kindly requests donations to the Larimer County Humane Society in place of flowers, celebrating Jerry's deep bond with animals and compassionate nature.
