He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his pets, Hank and Honey; his stepson Trent Thompson; his grandson Trent Matthew Thompson; his brother William Koebel (Berta) of El Paso, Texas; his niece Carrie Call (Travis) of St. George, Utah; his sisters-in-law, Sherri Fernelius of West Bountiful and Teena Green (Don) of Kaysville, Utah; and his caregivers, JoCoy and Alicia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
