Though Ian may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ian touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert, Lillie Packer, Bernie, Dee Flemister and Ben "Boomer" Ybarra.
He is survived by: his parents, Glenn Packer (Pam) and Starla Packer; his daughter Page Brandner (Tanner); his sister Sonja Ybarra; his stepsister Tiffany Williams; his brothers, Alex Packer and Brooks Packer; and his stepbrother Josh Dennis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
