She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob H. Bauer and Stena Isabelle Bauer (Lien); her husband Ronald Z. Swanson; and her sisters, Jeanette Rogers and Lavonne Bauer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Swanson (Loretta), Patrick Swanson (Nancy), Timothy Swanson (Sue), Tamera Swanson (Jeff Oyler) and Kelly Swanson (Heidi); her stepchildren, Wesley Krause (Melly), David Krause (Lori) and Lee Krause (Sheri); and her sister Donna Hoffman. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
