She was predeceased by: her parents, George Simpson and Maude Helen Simpson; and her grandparents, Samuel and Anne Pillsbury. She is survived by: her uncle Percy Pillsbury; her brother Joe Simpson; her husband James Melvin Stone; and her children, Jolene Meek Yost (Allen), Rod Stone (Marilyn), Daryl Stone (Sue), Patty Schaefer (Russ) and Sharon Reynolds (Steve). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, 34 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene (2515 W 16th St, Greeley, CO 80634). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
