He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Fischer and Olga Fischer (Siefken); his brother William R. Gordon; and his pet Topsy. He is survived by: his friend Aims Colleagues.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (3800 W 20th St, Greeley, CO 80634). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. During the Covid pandemic, he wrote four books on German history and on the Reformation for friends, his final contribution as an historian.
