She was predeceased by: her parents, Refugio Rizo and Dolores Perez Rizo; her brothers, Raymond Rizo, Manuel Rizo and Refugio Rizo, Jr.; and her niece Erica Olivas.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Rizo, Mandy Dearon, Jesse Rizo, Manuel Rizo, Christopher Rizo and Milagros Rizo; her grandchildren, Maya, Helene, Timmyanna, Jasmine, Devina, Estrella, Esperanza, Abigail, Dalila, Niya, Dallas, Athena, Bella, Christian, Charles and Mary Jane; and her great grandchild Isalene. She is also survived by two sisters and two brothers.
