He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Henderson Edmiston of Arkansas and Annona Fae Edmiston (Alps) of Colorado; and his sister Roberta Fae. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Edmiston of Greeley; his daughter Noelle Morin of Huntsville; and his grandsons, Max Morin and Riley Sauls of Huntsville.
In 1970 he was a National Science Foundation Senior Postdoctoral Fellow and a visiting professor of Physics at the University of Florida.
