He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Elizabeth Middleton (Smith) and Roy Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Millie of Grand Junction; his sons, Robert Middleton (Katherine) of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Scott Middleton (Ali) of Delta and Terry Middleton (Helen) of St. Louis, Michigan; his sister Marlene Middleton of Greenville, Michigan; his grandchildren, Ariyah Carr of Grand Rapids, Zachary Powell (Jessica) of Ithaca, Gage Middleton (Ashley) of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Chase Middleton of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and Tristen Middleton of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan; and his great grandchildren, Keagen Wernette-Beals, Keyfer Wernette-Beals and Kaige Beals.
