She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. William Kostick and Loretta Kostick; and her son Thomas Polzin. She is survived by: her husband Dan Griffin; her children, Cathy Polzin, Nancy Polzin, Tim Polzin (Mary), Elizabeth Gibbs (Michael) and Doug Griffin (Heidi); her grandchildren, Jennifer Polzin (Nick), Gabe Griffin and Alex Griffin; her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Ternes, Sean Sullivan and Morgan Rice; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lydia Ternes, Jed Ternes, Owen Ternes, Millie Ternes and Nolan Rice; and her siblings, Barbara Teresi (Tom), Bill Kostick (Ilze), Joe Kostick (Aide) and Mary DuFour. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
