He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelton ReQua and Helen ReQua; and his sister Kaye Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Terrie Lee ReQua; his daughters, Shellen Heather Pinnt (Zane), Jamie Nichole ReQua and Brittany Anne Wolf (Patrick); his grandchildren, Delaney Pinnt, Nicholas Pinnt, Kyren Pinnt, Zavian Pinnt, Eli Wolf, Liam Wolf and Wyatt Wolf; and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Alberta Blanc and Denise Blanc.
