He is survived by: his mother Mary Marceline Personette (Marc); his wife Denise; his son Jacob; his pet Yogi; his siblings, Frank (Lora) and Lynne Tafoya (AJ); his brothers-in-law, Joseph Cich (Dana), Robert Cich (Brenda) and Jeffrey Cich (Tiffany); his nieces and nephews, Bryan Personette, Anthony Personette, Brian Cich, Trevor Cich, Easton Schwartz, Alyson Cich, Amanda Cich (Matt), Ashley Cich (Zander), Britney Cich and Veronica Cich; his parents-in-law, Diane Cich and Michael Cich (Lynda); and his cousins, Toni Houck (Steve), Pat Lynch, Donna Wolfe and Mike Costello.
Denise and Jacob want to thank EVERYONE for their prayers, support, donations and just being there for us during his short (felt very long) cancer journey.
