She was predeceased by: her mother Pat Ruth Ormsby. She is survived by: her children, Gary Ormsby, Mike, Eric (Rick) and Bonita; her great grandchild Sister Rene Hoffman; and also Billie Starkovich. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
