She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenys M. Stickley and Eldon T. Boxley; her husband John W. Wardlaw Sr.; her grandson Hunter D. Smith; and her brother Donald Stickley.
She is survived by: her daughter Trinity Smith; and her granddaughters, McKenzi and Gracie (Clifton Co). She is also survived by her Siblings, Nieces and Nephews.
