She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Stewart "Jim" Lewis and Mary Margaret Miracle Lewis; her husband Earl Franklin Hotz; and her son David Earl Hotz. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy VanAusdle, Barbara Turner and Alice Marie Duncan (Al). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
