He is survived by: his wife Donna Ann; his children, Jonathan Foltz (Tonya) and Tara Byble (Jeremy); his aunts, Marilyn Foltz and Betty Kilburn; his siblings, Roy Foltz and Liz Peters; his in-laws, James, Venita Gallagher, Bill Peters, Bill Arionus, Dan, Bev Gallagher, John, Barb Gallagher and Lynette Kline; and his nephews, Brian Broussard, William Gallagher and Jim Dyke.
