She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peri May Owens and Charles Madison Knisley; her siblings, Johnny and Clara Pauline; her former husband Joe Edgar Blackmer; her husband Martin Dale; and her children, Jody Blackmer of Grand Junction, Holly Alm of Grand Junction and William Blackmer (Peggy) of Dolores. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
