She is survived by: her husband Leon Noel of Grand Junction; her sons, Justin Noel (Suzannah Parker) of Grand Junction and Matthew Noel of Grand Junction; her siblings, Shayne Rich of Vernal, Jerry Rich and Kelly Simmons of Vernal; and her grandchildren, Ryan Noel and Avery Noel.
